Terms & Conditions — 288bat Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 288bat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 288bat online gaming platform available at https://288bat.cam ("the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

288bat offers sports betting, cricket wagering, live dealer casino games, slot games and other gaming products to eligible adult users. The Platform is operated as an online gaming service. 288bat does not represent that its services are authorised, licensed, endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform by a User.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required before the Platform processes a withdrawal request.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the total wager amount a User must place before bonus-generated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Stake" means the amount of real-money funds placed by a User on a single bet or game round.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the 288bat Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an Account:

1. 3.1 Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your account. It is your responsibility to verify the minimum age requirement applicable to you. 288bat does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
2. 3.2 Jurisdiction: You must not be located in or be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. 3.3 Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. 3.4 One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household or IP address may be considered a breach of these Terms.
5. 3.5 Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from 288bat or any associated gaming platform. Individuals subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement must not attempt to register a new account.
6. 3.6 Not an Excluded Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, officer or director of 288bat or its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such individual.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To use the Platform you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 288bat will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately.

4.3 Account Verification

288bat may require identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Verification documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistan CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification may be restricted or closed.

4.4 Single Currency Display

The Platform displays all balances, stakes and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Actual settlement currency and any applicable conversion rates are determined by the operator's current payment configuration.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

288bat provides access to a range of payment channels familiar to Pakistani users. These currently include mobile wallet references such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, digital payment infrastructure such as Raast, bank transfer options referencing HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

1. 5.1 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and user account tier.
2. 5.2 Deposits are processed in PKR or their equivalent. 288bat is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate variances applied by third-party payment providers.
3. 5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account closure and refund of funds.
4. 5.4 288bat reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, related to money laundering or in breach of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

1. 6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. Users who have not completed KYC may be unable to process withdrawals until required documentation is submitted and approved.
2. 6.2 The name on the withdrawal account must exactly match the name on the User's 288bat registration and identity documentation. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
3. 6.3 Withdrawal processing times are determined by the operator and the relevant payment provider. 288bat makes no guaranteed commitment regarding specific processing timeframes. Users should refer to the current cashier information for indicative timelines.
4. 6.4 Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed against the associated balance.
5. 6.5 288bat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

288bat may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

1. 7.1 Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable rollover multiple is stated per promotion.
2. 7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on an Account, a maximum individual bet or stake limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings generated during the period of non-compliance.
3. 7.3 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are specified in the relevant promotional terms. As a general illustration, slots may contribute up to 100% while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage.
4. 7.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited. Expiry periods are specified per promotion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

4. 8.4 Live/in-play bets are subject to additional latency risks. 288bat is not liable for delay-related outcomes where a live bet is placed against rapidly moving odds.
5. 8.5 Game outcomes in casino, live dealer and slot products are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures. 288bat does not warrant any specific RTP outcome on any individual session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288bat Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the same Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.

• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform support staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

10. Responsible Gambling Obligations

These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Use of these tools is voluntary but strongly encouraged for any user who feels their gambling behaviour may be becoming problematic.

1. 10.1 Users may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion prevents access to the Account for the requested duration. Users subject to self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by opening a new account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 288bat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, design elements and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 288bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 288bat.

12. Limitation of Liability

1. 12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 288bat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. 12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data or loss of profits.
3. 12.3 288bat shall not be liable for losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity failures; (b) hardware or software failures on the user's device; (c) delays or errors in payment provider processing; or (d) force majeure events beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
4. 12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

1. 13.1 288bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User has breached any provision of these Terms, where fraud or suspicious activity is detected, or where continued operation of the Account would expose the Platform to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
2. 13.2 Upon termination for cause, 288bat may forfeit any remaining balance where such balance is reasonably linked to the conduct giving rise to termination.
3. 13.3 Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Real-money balances held at the time of voluntary closure will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and settlement of any pending wagering obligations.
4. 13.4 Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as specified in the operator's current dormant account policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

288bat reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example via an in-platform notification or a notice on this page — prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will carry an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. 288bat does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law or that they are enforceable under Pakistani law.

In the event of a dispute between a User and 288bat, the parties agree to first seek resolution through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the matter is not resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the operator's licensing regime.
